Meet Meredith
Meredith Tebbe, M.S., LPC
Meredith obtained her Masters in Mental Health Counseling in 2008 from Lee University. She completed the Narrative Focused Trauma Certificate Program through the Allender Center at the Seattle School of Theology and Psychology in 2013. She practiced for about 12 years in a faith-based counseling practice in Virginia Beach where she served as the Director of Counseling Services for 9 years.
When an exciting opportunity came up to move to Hawaii as a military spouse, she founded Rooted Counseling to continue her work helping clients grow and thrive through challenges. She uses a multi-dimensional approach to counseling, pulling from attachment-based, narrative, and body based theories, and using Internal Family Systems, EMDR and narrative therapies to deal with difficult and persistent issues. Meredith works with adults and adolescents, and individuals and couples.
We can help.
